Ndoko Projects invites experienced EME and QSE Targeted Enterprises to a tender briefing session for Contract SANRAL X.005-055-2024/1 SC1-SC8) for the routine road maintenance of national route R31 Ga - Segonyana border (km 47.90) and national route R380 section 2 from Santoy (km 0.00) to McCarthy’s rest (km 118. 461). The project is in the Ga -Segonyana and Joe Molorong Local Municipality within the John Taolo Gaetsewe District Municipality in the Northern Cape Province.
Preferences are offered to prospective tenderers from the targeted area, namely the Ga-Segonyana and Joe Molorong Local Municipality and John Taolo Gaetsewe District Municipalities, as well as the CIDB grades and classes indicated for each sub-contract package. This tender will be evaluated in terms of functionality as a criterion and price and preference points system. Tenderers who satisfy the following criteria are eligible to submit tenders:

Note to Tenderers:
Compulsory information briefing meetings will take place at Ga-Segonyane Local Municipality, Cnr Voortrekker & School Street, Kuruman, 8460 on Wednesday 05th February 2024. For CIDB 1 to 2CE at 09:00am and for CIDB 3 to 5CE & 5SK at 13:00pm. where prospective Tenderers shall meet the Contractor.
Tenderers must submit, via email (bukeka@ndokoprojects.co.za), the duly completed Form A1.1 Certificate of Intention to Submit by 04 February 2025. Failure to submit this certificate would result in the tenderer not receiving addenda or additional issued information and may result in the tenderer being non-responsive, if “any material amendment/s” contained in the addenda or additional information is not included in the tender offer/submission. They must be represented at the information compulsory briefing meeting by a representative who must be the Tenderer himself or an authorised person in the direct employment of the Tenderer.

However, grade 1-2CE’s have an option to request a hard copy. Tenderers must have access to Microsoft Office © 2013 and Acrobat Adobe © 9.0, or similar compatible software.
The file will contain an electronic copy of the tender document in PDF format and Bill of Quantities in EXCEL format. Volume 3 will be a bound signed paper copy containing the following documents, returnable schedules relevant to the project and Pricing Data.
Electronic submission (USB) the 1st file in pdf format which contains a scanned copy of Form of Offer (pdf), scanned copies of all returnable schedules and attachments (pdf), scanned copy of Pricing Schedule (pdf). The 2nd file in Excel format which contains Completed pricing schedule
Late arrivals to the compulsory information briefing meeting will not be allowed access, and therefore will not be allowed to submit a tender. Such tenders received, shall be deemed non- responsive.
The tender and supporting documents shall be sealed in an envelope and clearly marked:

And shall be delivered by hand to 13 Steenbok Street, Kuruman, 8460 (Site Camp Office), between the hours 09:00am to 16:00pm (submitted in TENDER BOX and name written in tender register) from 10th February 2025 (Monday-Friday) up until the closing date Wednesday 21th February 2025 at 10:00am
