There are currently 9 subcontract work packages available with a tender document for each subcontract work package. The table below provides information on the availability of tender documents, compulsory briefing sessions, submission details, and tender closure dates for each work package

TENDERERS’ BRIEFING AND TRAINING
A compulsory tender clarification briefing and training session(s) with representatives of the Contractor and Engineer will take place at Mfekayi Faith Loveliness Ministries (coordinates: 28°01’16.6”S, 32°17’11.3”E) If coming from the N2 near Hluhluwe, turn left onto P495 or If coming from the N2 near Mtubatuba, turn right onto P495. Tenders from tenderers who arrived late at the clarification briefing session will not be allowed, and their submissions shall be declared non-responsive.
Only tender offers submitted in by hard copies, as specified in the Tender Data will be accepted.
