NOTICE: INTERESTED CONTRACTORS/ SUPPLIERS RESIDING CLOSE TO THE BELA BELA MUNIPALITY
CONTRACT SANRAL R.516-010-2020/1R: FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF NATIONAL ROAD R516 SECTION 1 FROM TOOYSPRUIT (km 36.67) TO BELA BELA (km 82.70).
Interested sub-contractors and service providers.
1. You are invited to apply to be added on the Targeted Enterprises (TE) Database for possible sub-contracting work on the abovementioned project. This project is in the Province of Limpopo in the Bela Bela Local Municipality.
2. The purpose of this invitation is to compile a database of all Targeted enterprises that are interested in tendering for a sub-contracting package on the above-mentioned project. Please see below the Work packages that are envisioned to be available to be priced:

3. The purpose of this call for an expression of interest is to alert Targeted Enterprises of the possible subcontracting opportunities and inform them of the anticipated eligibility, preference, and functionality criteria, as well as of the compliance requirements. All Targeted Enterprises that are interested in tendering for sub-contracting packages on the above-mentioned project are encouraged to apply.
4. In order to be added on to the database, the following Mandatory documents must be submitted as a minimum:
- Company Cover letter indicating the package that the company is interested in.
- Company Profile (updated profile till current year)
- Company registration documents (CIPC) (Targeted Enterprise Definition: EME or QSE which is at least 51% owned by black people)
- SARS Tax Compliance Status Pin (valid, not expired)
- CIDB Certificate or Registration if applicable
- CSD Registration
- Letter of good standing COIDA (valid, not expired)
- BBBEE Certificate (valid, not expired)
- Proof of Address
- Relevant References and contact details
- Proof of Disability or Military Veteran if applicable
- Qualifying Suppliers and Subcontractors must submit all documents via email by no later than the 28th of March 2025.
- The subject line of your submission email must include the following: “Company Name – Package Number interested In”
- The. Submission email must be a single mail with all documents clearly marked and legible, and include a contact number of the sub-contractor or supplier.
